Privacy Policy

If You Go By the Store (“the app”) is provided by Mae Muse (“we,” “us”). This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we protect it. Keeping your information private is the whole point of this app.

1What we collect

When you sign in: you sign in with Apple or Google. We receive your name and email address to set up your account. We never see or store your Apple or Google password.

What you save in the app: your shopping and to-do lists, medications and refill dates, doctor visits and questions, reminders and calendar entries, notes, and health information you choose to add — including allergies, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight.

The basics to run it: a secure session so you stay signed in on your own device.

2What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not show you ads. We do not share your information with other companies for their marketing. Your organizer is yours.

3How we use your information

Only to run the app for you: to save your organizer, sync it across your own devices, send the reminders you set up, and keep your account secure. That is it.

4Where your information is kept

Your information is stored securely with our technology provider (Supabase) on servers in the United States. It is protected so that only your signed-in account can read it. No other user can see your information.

5Health information

You may choose to enter medications, allergies, doses, doctor notes, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight. You decide what to add. We keep it private to your account and use it only to show it back to you and remind you. We are not a doctor, pharmacy, or medical record system (see our Terms).

6Your choices and control

You can view, edit, back up, export, or delete your information in the app at any time. You can delete your entire account in the app under Me → Settings.

7Notifications

If you turn on reminders, we send notifications to your device for the times and refills you set.

8Children

The app is made for adults and is not directed to children.

9Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
